Birte Hoffmann-Cabenda

Birte Hoffmann-Cabenda has a degree in mathematics, but dance was always her true love.

She made her first experiences with early dance when still a school girl and has been teaching early dance for decades. She also acts as a caller for period balls.

Over the years she attended classes with, among others, Karl-Heinz Taubert, Andrea Francalanci, Barbara Sparti, Angene Feves, Christine Bayle, Anne Daye, Helga Hill, Christine & Ellis Rogers, Beatrice Massin, Ken Pierce, Carles Mas, Lieven Beart, Kaj Sylegard, Ana Yepes, Cecília Grácio Moura and Richard Powers.

Besides historical ones, Birte also loves moden social dances (Ballroom, Latin, Salsa).
